Have you ever had a painting session where it seemed like everything went right? You got through the puppet warp seamlessly, the paint was flowing, the brushstrokes appeared exactly where you wanted, and everything was just...right!
If you've reached a point in your practice where this happens:
🛑 STOP (just for a moment)!
👀 Notice what is happening.
📽️ Replay the events in your mind.
🤯 Take in all the sensations you've felt.
This is the journey you want to make again and again (as many times as you can) because this is where you are starting to master skills and have them officially hanging from your toolbelt.
